David founded Real DM Sports Performance after repeatedly returning home during college off-seasons and struggling to find the high-level training environment he needed. Instead of continuing to search for one, he decided to build it himself—creating a place where young athletes can receive proper training, develop confidence, and be surrounded by people who have been in their shoes and genuinely care about their future.

David will be the first to tell you that he was never the most naturally talented athlete on the field. What has always separated him is his determination, discipline, and relentless work ethic. He built his career by being a go-getter and living by the belief that “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

Today, David brings that same mentality to every athlete he trains. His mission extends far beyond improving speed, strength, and performance. He is passionate about mentoring young people, helping them maximize their potential on the field, and—more importantly—developing the character, discipline, and confidence needed to succeed in life.
