Justin Gilmore

Unbeknownst to him, Justin has been involved in philanthropic endeavors since he was a child, having had his parents be heavily involved in the community and considered the "football house" for all of his teammates. While on the football team at the University of Louisville, he started on a path to film production and athlete management. Upon graduation he embarked on a career in both spaces and simultaneously founded A Grey Area company. Working alongside his family, he has helped A Grey Area Company shine light on young people and expose them to fruitful opportunities and information.

Nicholas Gilmore
CO-FOUNDER
Nicholas Gilmore is a distinguished alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Presently, he serves as a communications and human resources officer in the Army National Guard, where he plays a pivotal role as a lead liaison and project manager. With a rich background in strategic planning and execution, Nicholas brings invaluable logistical expertise and guidance to his endeavors. Beyond his professional achievements, he has actively engaged in philanthropic pursuits alongside his family.

Cassidy Cabral-Gilmore
CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER
Offers leadership, management, and communication skills while striking a balance between artistic expression and corporate objectives. Helps with the overall planning and execution of concepts on the imaginative side of all campaigns. In charge of developing a unified idea that reflects the company's distinctive brand.

Ashley Gilmore
EXECUTIVE PROJECT MANAGER
Analyzes and reduces risks to different initiatives, closely monitors projects, and collaborates with all team members. Lead developer and planner for all project components, including resources, budgets, and schedules.

Gregory L. Gamble
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Greg Gamble is a driven, determined, and diligent individual with a responsibility to create change while demonstrating immense stewardship, discipline, and commitment. He is the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Black Massacre Project and holds a leadership position at Seton Hall Law School. Mr. Gamble is a former Division 1 basketball player at the University of Buffalo, a current adjunct professor at Seton Hall University, holds a master's in education, and is a distinguished alum of multiple universities.

Dee Mount
COLABORATION SPECIALIST
Deiontrez Mount is a former NFL athlete turned cinematographer who knows how to capture the perfect shots. With his knowledge of lighting and composition, he adds a cinematic touch to our videos, making them truly captivating. He also assists in program development, having experience in production and athletics. “Dee” founded his own production company, “Mount Up Media”. He also released his first full feature film in 2026.

David Morgan Jr.
DIRECTOR OF ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT & PERFORMANCE
Founder, Real Deal DM TrainingDavid Morgan Jr. serves as A Grey Area Company’s Director of Athlete & Performance. A former starting running back at Gannon University and founder of Real Deal DM Training, David uses his playing experience and passion for mentorship to help young athletes develop their skills, confidence, discipline, and approach to the life and the game.

Michael Richards
CONTENT & FILM DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
After coming through A Grey Area’s student program, Michael now helps develop original film and digital content while working directly with students to strengthen their skills, shape their creative vision, and bring their cinematic goals to life. His journey from participant to team member and his skilled camera work, color grading, sound design, and, most importantly, meaningful storytelling, represents the lasting impact and full-circle opportunities at the heart of A Grey Area’s mission.
